The RacingLine R600 EVO Pleated Cotton is simply the most sophisticated induction system for all MQB & MQB Evo models with 2.0 TSI Gen.3 and Gen.4 engines that have the Secondary Air Injection (SAI) system. The giant Pleated Cotton filter element doubles the standard surface area to give airflow for 600hp and beyond and is a robust 'fit and forget' unit that will last for years. Hand built in the UK to OEM standards of materials, workmanship and detailing.

The quality of the stunning high gloss carbon weave and finish of the lid is second to none (a sophisticated matte finish is also available). Fully developed with F1-standard CFD programmes, it's no wonder so many high-power MQB cars choose the R600. The giant airbox and filter surface area is key to this, with airflow capabilities to support power outputs of up to 600hp without restriction. Twin CFD-optimised front intakes extending across the front of the car help achieve lower intake temperatures and worthwhile power gains. The enormous airbox volume houses the giant domed filter, complete with thoughtful details like connection to the original factory drain tube included. The giant airbox itself is UK-moulded in factory specification PU Polyurethane. PU gives excellent heat-insulation properties, keeping airbox temps lower as well as great durability in all conditions. Every factory mounting point is retained for that perfect fit. The giant domed filter units are hand-made in the UK. RacingLine offer you a choice of two alternative filter units, to suit different owner’s needs. Both filter units are double the surface area of the factory filter - rated right up to 600hp and beyond. It's your choice. Whichever filter you choose, both RacingLine’s unique Trifoam® filter and Pleated Cotton units are hand-made in the UK for the perfect filtration and minimum restriction.

All orders of $499 or more being shipped within Canada qualify for free standard shipping. Additionally, orders less than $499 qualify for an exclusive low shipping rate.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
