Unhappy with your purchase?

We accept returns for new, unused products that are In Stock, within 90 days from the original shipping date.

  • Returns within 30 days: Refund to the original payment method.
  • Returns between 31 and 90 days: Store credit only.

All products must be returned in original packaging with all labels, manuals, and accessories included. A restocking fee may apply to non-regular stock items or items returned after 90 days.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Installed parts or parts used for diagnostics or temporary repairs
  • Tools, electrical items, or fluids used on vehicles other than the original customer’s
  • Tuning software or cables (e.g., APR, IE POWERlink, UniCONNECT+, JB4, COBB, etc.)
  • Items marked as “Scratch & Dent”, “Open Box”, “Used”, or “Special Order”

Special Order & Out-of-Stock Items

Products that are not in stock or considered special order are subject to the supplier’s return and cancellation policies.

  • Special order items are typically non-cancellable and non-returnable once ordered.
  • If the item has shipped, return-to-supplier shipping costs will apply.
  • It is always recommended to request an ETA before placing a special order.

Order Cancellations

All cancellations are processed during regular business hours only.

  • All cancelled orders, including unshipped orders, are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee.
  • Shipped orders may incur additional rerouting or return shipping fees.
  • Orders for custom/made-to-order products may not be cancelled once submitted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please do not use the manufacturer's box as the outer shipping container.

  • Pre-packaged kits must be returned as a whole.
  • Exo Performance-assembled kits may be returned as individual components.

Return Processing

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt. A processing fee may apply to any cancelled or returned item.

Lost or Damaged Returns

Exo Performance is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend purchasing insurance on your return shipment. We cannot refund or replace items that arrive damaged or are not delivered to us.

Exchanges

Restocking fees are waived if the product is exchanged or if store credit is selected instead of a refund.

Fitment Issues

If a product does not fit and there is an error on our website, we will cover the return shipping and correct the issue.

If the listing was accurate but the wrong item was ordered, the return is the customer’s responsibility. Returned items must be in new condition with original packaging, hardware, and documentation.

Hazardous or Contaminated Returns

Returns containing fluids, biological contaminants, or hazardous materials will not be processed and will be discarded immediately without refund.

Returning Fluids or Components

Please pack all returns securely inside a shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer’s box as the shipping box. Include a completed return form with your shipment.

Return Policy Scope

This policy applies only to items purchased directly from Exo Performance. Parts not sold by Exo Performance will be returned at your expense or discarded.

How to Submit a Return

Submit a return request by logging into your customer account on your storefront, finding the order you wish to return and clicking the Return Items link.

Note that you will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.
